I was torn too, I became a loner, but the pack would depend on your wolf, an aggressive wolf would benefit in storm pack, while a docile wolf, Mist pack, a wolf with a bad background(was in puppy bowl) would be a grudge against them and would be in hail pack, while a wolf with no powers blizzard pack would benefit from.
